Congo: Eto’o to celeberate “Red Devil’s” 40-year-old AFCON title

       Cameroon’s striker Samuel Eto’o and other African football legends have been invited for a match in Congo to celebrate the 40th anniversary of countries continental title.

The event dubbed “Yaounde 1972, forty years after” shall take place June 19 at the Alphonse-Massamba-Débat stadium, Brazzaville.

Its aimed is to commemorate the 1972 African cup of nations (AFCON) played in Yaounde(Cameroon) where the “Red Devils” of Congo grabbed their lone AFCON title. It is also intended to inspire the youths and to give a boost to the “Devils” who no longer scare anyone.

Apart from Eto’o the other football legends invited are Roger Milla (Cameroon), Salif Keita (Mali) and Ndaye Mulamba (DR Congo).
