Benoit Angbwa leaves Anzhi for Rostov

 

Cameroon international Benoit Angbwa has rescinded his contract with Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala after spending just one year at the Dagestan club.

Cameroon international Benoit Angbwa has rescinded his contract with Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala after spending just one year at the Dagestan club.

Immediately after parting ways with Anzhi, he has joined another Russian side FK Rostov for an undisclosed fee. The defender arrived Russia after parting ways with Uruguayan side Nacional Montevideo.

He spent two seasons at Krylia Sovetov and later three at Saturn Ramenskoïe before joining the Dagestan club where he is said to have played a part in the big money move of his compatriot Samuel Eto’o.
